At RAYDUS, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently.
Our products are crafted with care — whether they’re ready-to-ship streetwear pieces or custom-made apparel tailored to your design. This policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across India.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Wear Products: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after confirmation.

  • Made-to-Order / Custom Products: These require additional time for production and customization. Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the design, quantity, and order details.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India, including:

  • BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and other regional partners.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch

  • Other Locations (Non-Metro): 5–10 business days after dispatch
    Delivery times may vary based on destination, courier availability, or unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, festivals, or logistic restrictions).


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this link to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

  • We offer free shipping on selected products and promotions — details will be mentioned on the product or cart page.

  • For bulk or corporate orders, shipping costs will be calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package may be returned to us.
Customers will be responsible for re-shipping charges in such cases.


7. International Shipping

At present, raydus.in ships orders within India only.
For international or bulk export inquiries, please contact us at raydustrends@gmail.com.


8. Order Delays

While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns

  • Courier service issues beyond our control

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

If your order is delayed, please contact our support team — we’ll assist you in tracking and resolving it promptly.


9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not reach you within the expected time frame, please inform us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date at raydustrends@gmail.com or 8861157151 / 8660338898.
We’ll work with the courier partner to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
