Return & Refund Policy
At RAYDUS, your satisfaction is our priority.
We take great care in crafting and inspecting every product before it reaches you. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy below explains how we can help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
For Ready-to-Wear Products

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Returns are accepted only for size issues, incorrect product, or manufacturing defects.
For Made-to-Order / Customized Products

Since custom orders are created specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or refund unless the item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from your approved design.

In case of a defect or incorrect customization, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
2. How to Initiate a Return
You can raise a return or exchange request in one of the following ways:

Through the “Return Request” option on our website (if available), or

By emailing raydustrends@gmail.com with your Order ID, item details, and a brief reason for return.
Our support team will review your request and provide you with the return shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipping

In cases of defective or incorrect items, RAYDUS will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other valid returns (such as size or preference changes), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after confirmation.

If the product fails inspection (used, damaged, or missing tags), the refund will be declined and the item returned to you.
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, we’ll be happy to assist — subject to product availability.
If the requested size or item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit instead.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Customized or personalized products

Items sold under clearance, sale, or promotional offers

Accessories, gift cards, or corporate orders
7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t entered production or dispatch.

Once shipped or in process, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds for cancelled orders (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
8. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details at raydustrends@gmail.com.
We’ll verify and arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
